“Yesteryears”

Word came latter part of last week informing Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hansen, SR., of the Draper-Loretta community Clover-Blaisdell road district, of date that had been set for funeral services with military rights at the Fort Snelling, Minn., National Cemetery, for their son Private John Hansen, JR., the hours and date for same being set next week Wednesday, April 21st, at one o’clock in the afternoon.

The deceased Marine, who fell during World War II battles in the retaking of the Iwo Jima island in the Pacific, arrived in this country several weeks ago aboard Army transport ship which brought back Jack and others from their temporary burial.
